A Rochford Heritage Trail event was held at the library from 25th to 29th July. This included guided tours on the afternoon of Thursday 27th July. Despite having to dodge the downpours, a number of people braved the weather and enjoyed hearing about Rochford's history.
There was a display at the library, together with activities and competitions for children.
Rochford Hundred Historical Society and Rochford District Archives joined the Town Team in putting on the display.
