If coming from a distance, there are two major roads which link Rochford to the M25: the A127 and A13. From the north, Rochford is accessible from the M25 Junction 29 for the A127. From the south, Rochford can be reached via the M25 (Junction 30) onto the A13, which then leads onto the A127.
If travelling from north Essex, take the A130 from Chelmsford to join the A127.
Travelling from the west, follow the A127 past the Tesco superstore then turn left at the next major traffic lights onto Rochford Road. At the end of the road, take the third exit at the Southend Airport roundabout onto Southend Road. Take the first exit (straight on) at the Anne Boleyn mini roundabout then turn right at the next mini roundabout into South Street. Take the first left to reach the Back Lane car park.
If travelling from Southend, turn onto the A1159 (Manners Way) at the A127 roundabout by Priory Park. At the end of the road, take the fourth exit at the Southend Airport roundabout onto Southend Road. Take the first exit (straight on) at the Anne Boleyn mini roundabout then turn right at the next mini roundabout into South Street. Take the first left to reach the Back Lane car park.
Southend Airport is situated within 2 miles of Rochford town centre. There is a train station at the airport (one stop from Rochford station) or taxis are available. Rochford is also within about an hours drive of 3 major London airports.
