The Rochford Hundred Historical Society meets on the 3rd Friday of each month (except December) at 7.45pm in the W.I.Hall in Rochford Square. If you are interested in local history then this is a great place to meet. Visitors are charged £2. Members are free.
A large friendly group of members listen to a speaker at every meeting and also arrange outings, historical visits and rambles. There is a members' free library, a study group and a members' magazine published three times a year.
